It was awesome that I got to pick my parking spot and even better they met everyone of my must-haves on my wish list. Overall the complex seems to be very clean upbeat friendly residents so far what few I've seen and it's incredibly quiet.

submitted by Robert M. - |Recommended: YesClub room usage. — Why is the club room open only when the office is staffed When we lived at the Laurel we meet many off our neighbors in the evening the club room was open 24 7.

submitted by Don M. - |Recommended: YesPerfect Place to Live — We have lived in Woodland Crest for 1 year now and have recently renewed our lease for another year. Chase Property Manager does a great job in keeping up with all aspects of the property. Chase goes above and beyond to pull together events for the tenants in the Community Club House space during different times of the year. This truly provides a sense of community that many other places don't seem to offer. Overall, it is one of the better apartments that we have lived in. Nice layouts, with LVP in main areas and a nice Berber style carpet in the bedrooms. White trim and doors make it feel on trend with single family homes. For an apartment, they have very nice fixtures for both plumbing and lighting. Appliances and countertops are on par or above what you see in luxury style apartments typically. The building and grounds are well maintained and clean at all times, including landscaping. We plan to use this location as our home in the North and as long as Chase and Woodland Crest continue to do the excellent job that they have done to-date, we plan on renewing for years to come at Woodland Crest DJM

submitted by Robert J. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I see a few areas that could be better in construction. Things like ill fitting doors. Poor quality windows that don't lock. All in all, the building appears to be of great quality. It is quiet and comfortable.
