We're excited to announce that we're bringing more luxury apartments and more amenities to The Crest Luxury Apartments, in Waunakee!

Crest Phase 2 introduces a three-story expansion featuring 75 market-rate luxury apartments designed for modern comfort and style. With all-new layouts, there's a perfect fit for every lifestyle. Residents will also enjoy the convenience of heated underground parking and a secure intercom system with phone enabled access, providing year-round comfort and ease.

This exciting addition brings fresh amenities for everyone to enjoy — including a resort-style pool, two outdoor grilling stations, and a cozy outdoor fireplace. All of The Crest residents, including those in Phase 1, will have full access to these new outdoor spaces.

Phase 2 residents will also enjoy access to our state-of-the-art fitness center, the ability to rent the community room for private gatherings, and invitations to exclusive resident events that make The Crest feel like home. This expansion elevates everyday living to something truly extraordinary.

FAQs

- When can we move in? : Apartments will be ready for move in on October 5th. This date could change throughout the construction process, so please keep an eye out on Facebook for more information.
- Will we have access to the Gym and Community Room in the main building? : Yes! The Crest amenities are shared between both phases.
- Do we have to have a cell phone in order to use the intercom system? : No! The intercom can dial any phone number and it does not have to be a cell phone.
